Consumer, Competition, Markets (CCM)

CONSUMER, COMPETITION & MARKET SERIES
Each book in the Consumer, Competition and Market Series brings together the results of the research activities of the INSTITUTE FOR CONSUMER, COMPETITION & MARKET of the KU Leuven, co-directed by Wouter Devroe, Bert Keirsbilck and Evelyne Terryn. Furthermore the series publishes the papers presented on the conferences organised by the Institute.
The series focuses on the legal infrastructure of the internal market of the European Union (EU) and in particular on the “ four freedoms” (free movement of goods, persons, services and capital/payments) and on competition law, including EU and national antitrust law, EU merger control and EU state aid law. The series also covers the consumer acquis, and sectoral market regulation, including the EU secondary legislation that seeks to protect the economic interests of consumers and companies in the internal market.
