Mario Cisneros holds a Doctoral Degree from the University of Maastricht (2014), a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Intellectual Property and Competition Law from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (2009) and a degree in Engineering from the University of Mar del Plata (2000).
He is Intellectual Property Strategy Manager at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council of Argentina. He has been Intellectual Property Manager at some of the Forbes Top 100 More Innovative Companies and consultant in the field of intellectual property, licensing and technology transfer of institutions in Europe and the Americas for more than 10 years.
He is Associate Professor at the Center for Intellectual Property Law at the Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires and External Technology Expert at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). He is a former PhD scholar of the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and the Max Planck Research School for Competition and Innovation in Munich, Germany.
