Giorgio Repetto is Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at the Law Department, Università di Perugia (Italy). He holds a PhD in Public and Constitutional Law earned at the Università La Sapienza (Rome) and has been Visiting Researcher in several German universities (Berlin/Humboldt, Hamburg, Freiburg i.B.). His research fields cover Italian and European constitutional law, human rights, constitutional justice, sexual orientation and legal argumentation. His book “Argomenti comparative e diritti fondamentali in Europa. Teorie dell’interpretazione e giurisprudenza sovranazionale” (Jovene, 2011) received the ‘Premio Sergio Panunzio’ granted by the Italian Association of Constitutional Law.
